Go Shopping Abroad
Go shopping abroad and while paying, remember to ask for a Global Blue Tax Free Form.

Get Customs Validation
Find the nearest Customs Office or self-validation Kiosk. Get your Tax Free Form stamped and validated before leaving the country where you shopped in.

Receive Your Refund
Belarus residents can claim their VAT refund at any one of our Refund Offices in Belarus and Russia, wherever they see the Global Blue star logo.
Present your validated Tax Free Form and get your refund.
