Simple and instantaneous

Once your shopping finished and Tax Free forms completed in store and validated at Customs, you simply need to present a QR code generated by the Alipay app at the airport refund point. The refund operator will then scan the QR code, confirm and approve the refund payment to be instantly refunded into your Alipay account. A few minutes later, you will receive on your smartphone a real-time notification to confirm the funds have been received on your Alipay account. 

This breakthrough innovation will greatly improve your in-airport experience and speed-up your Tax Free Shopping journey at the airport.

Milan Malpensa, Rome, Barcelona, Amsterdam Schiphol, Zurich, Stockholm: discover this new service around 14 major European airports with Global Blue planning on expanding its entire European Refund Network in the coming months. This solution will also be available in-store by the end of 2017.
