Global Blue now offers an exciting new way for Alipay members to receive VAT refunds - direct to their Alipay wallet and in real-time. Available across 14 major airports across Europe, the service allows Alipay members to receive refunds in their home currency within seconds, with all payments visible via the Alipay app.

How does it work?

After making your purchases and completing your Tax Free Forms, simply open Alipay and present the refund operator at the airport with the barcode generated on your smartphone.
The operator will scan the barcode and approve the payment. Within seconds, you will receive your tax refund to your Alipay account. It’s that simple!

Where can I get an instant refund?

Participating airports are Milan Malpensa, Barcelona, Madrid, Berlin/Tegel, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Rome, Helsinki, Stockholm, Munich, Copenhagen, Zurich, Frankfurt and Oslo.
